Take a look at the the past two years of our BOSS Crown Awards. This event awarded $5,000 to two businesses owned and operated by women. A team of judges reviewed all applications and semi-finalists were selected to pitch their businesses for an opportunity to win! The semi-finalists received pitching and business instructions through workshops from carefully selected, successful industry professionals.
